This new add-on product of CCH online is now available via QUT Library Catalogue or Library Database entry.
“This manual is about the way in which public sector organisations are governed. It is not about the governance of the nation, ie how governments and ministers should conduct themselves. Nor is it about the relationships between governments and the people that arise through the electoral process. This manual provides guidance for the public sector on what is known as “corporate governance”. “

The ISI Thompson Web of Knowledge( Web of Science is a database on this platform) is an essential tool for evaluating peer reviewed journals in terms of impact factor and also for citation analysis. It enables quantitative analysis of scientific and scholarly performance.

The current and new interfaces will run parallel until the end of the year when the current interface will be switched off and the new one will take over.

QUT Librarians have started a “reading circle” to develop our knowledge and understanding of scholarly communication changes that will impact on us and our researchers over the next couple of years. This initiative is in line with the Divisions Research Support Plan. Interesting journal articles that discuss open access publishing, bibliometric evaluation of citations, impact factores will be posted on the Business Library Liaison Blog. Also there is a link in the Blogroll for the Connotea site for this group i.e. TOSC
